AVPE announces organizational changes

AVPE is pleased to announce the following organisational changes to reflect the increased emphasis on the quality of our product and processes. The upgrade from AS9100 Rev ”C” to Rev “D” planned for Q2 2018 requires an internal cultural transition which will be supported by these appointments:

Pete Smith is appointed as Supply Chain Manager with the responsibility of managing and improving AVPE’s supply chain performance.

Beata Kryszkowska is appointed as Quality Manager. Beata joins AVPE from Ravenscourt Engineering where she performed a similar role with responsibility for both AS9100 and Nadcap accreditations.

Denise Marks is appointed to the new role of Process Improvement Manager. Denise joins us from RGE Plastics where she performed a similar role that also incorporated responsibility for quality.

Commenting on these organisational changes, Mark Summers (MD) said, “I would like to take the opportunity to formally welcome Beata and Denise to AVPE. This investment in management reflects the ongoing commitment AVPE has to improving both its quality and productivity performance, within the significantly more demanding framework of AS9100 Rev “D”. AVPE will also continue to be supported by an external consultant David Burns to advise and assist on the critical stage of our development as AVPE migrate from AS9100 Rev “C” to Rev “D”.”
