Tim is a fully qualified accountant having trained at Ernst & Young before enjoying a very successful career with several listed engineering groups.

Adam Lucas  |  Group Business Development Director
Adam is customer-focussed and has experience of international Business Development within both the Airbus and Boeing supply chains. Adam is a member of the ADS Aerospace Export Focus Group and has worked extensively across the industry, supporting initiatives including the UK’s Aerospace Growth Partnership.

Carl Kitto  |  Quality Manager
Carl has over 20 years of Safety Critical engineering experience and a deep understanding of regulatory quality requirements. He gained his technical engineering knowledge from roles across the industry including HSM Aero, Siemens Rail Automation and Leafield Marine. Carl is a fully trained QMS Lead Auditor.

Clark brings 35 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with extensive knowledge of the SME sector. His client relationship role ensures that AVPE supports its key customers in delivering an enhanced level of service.

Denise Marks  |  Process Improvement Manager
Denise has 20 years’ experience as a Quality Manager, latterly with RGE Plastics. Denise’s knowledge of Process Control and her willingness to “challenge” existing culture to ensure process conformance will add significant value to AVPE.

Jay Jadeja  |  Operations Director
Jay is an operations specialist with a background in Lean Six Sigma and experience in manufacturing across the aerospace, automotive and rail sectors.

Nick brings significant IT and project management experience to his role as Technology & Programmes leader where he is responsible for deploying the latest advanced manufacturing and digital technologies across our operations.

Steve Eccles  |  Technical Director
Steve is an experienced manufacturing engineer with over 20 years of experience within the multiple disciplines of engineering. Steve’s experience has been gained in both the Prime (Airbus) and SME sectors.
