OUR PEOPLE | People Development

AVPE is committed to a policy of employee development through recruitment and training. The cornerstone for this policy is a minimum of 10% of the AVPE workforce is apprentices or “A-Level” trainees.

Annually, AVPE is committed to recruiting further CNC machining apprentices and production engineering trainees
(see recruitment page).

AVPE’s commitment to employee development is driven by a well-established training matrix, which identifies the employee development and organizational requirements to support AVPE’s growth aspirations. Wherever possible, AVPE will train and develop its existing workforce to meet the rapidly changing needs of the company and its client base.
